Start again after Divorce

And now what? That might be one of the first questions you ask yourself once the dust settles. You have finalized your divorce and each party is now trying to move on living their separate lives. If you have children you will still be communicating with your es and depending on the child/children's age this will continue for some time. You will also be looking to maybe build a new relationship with someone or simply find your footing and rebuild your life for yourself and your child/children. It is really important to not rush into any of these ventures. Take your time to reflect on the past. You will need to build a new relationship with your ex where you both co parent and deal with possible new partners and new lifestyles etc. If you are looking for a new romantic relationship you will want to make sure you don’t end up in the same situation as previously etc. For all of your new ventures it is paramount to understand what got you into the previous situation and really clean out those issues. To heal. To reflect. To rebuild. Trust me I have seen this go wrong again and again where individuals have not engaged with a process of self reflection and healing.

Change takes time. And consistent change needs accountability. I provide both. My 2 month program is designed to move you through the different stages and slowly rebuild your life on strong new foundations. Together we will explore all the different aspects and I will help you build healthy new patterns to replace the old dysfunctional ones. This is an amazing opportunity to reset your life and build a future where you can express your full potential and feel loved and cared for.

Talks

From Inner Growth to Outer Change

This talk explores the connection between the relationship to self and how that affects the way we interact with our workplace, colleagues and in our relationships. It discusses the importance of self reflection, building trust and having a basic mindset of curiosity and a desire to grow as an individual. It can also be booked as a workshop format where we discuss the same fundamentals but additionally work on some exercises together and discuss our findings. Both the talk and the workshop are ideal for Start-Ups, architect practices and organisations whose work deals with the human impact on our environment and the socio economic consequences. We will touch on topics such as: The ability to generate and develop original ideas, innovate and being willing to disrupt conventional patterns. Or : The willingness and competence to embrace diversity and include people and collectives with different views and backgrounds.

Brene Brown Playbook

This talk introduces Brene Browns book Dare to Lead and the leadership principles she describes. It runs through the basic concepts and ideas of her work and gives participants insight into an alternative leadership model. The talk touches on topics such as vulnerability, trust and ‘what does done look like’. This talk is especially efficient if participants are encouraged to read the book and come with their own questions and observations. Together we will discuss how her principles can be applied and what needs to change so that can be possible. A great talk for young organisations who are growing fast and need a tool box to enter the next level.

This workshop is really versatile and suitable for any workplace or organisation that wants to invest in their employees or members wellbeing and mental health.
